On September 7th, 2023, the Law Society of Kenya through the LSK CEO, Ms. Florence Muturi had the privilege of hosting Officials from the United National Development Programme (UNDP) and Amkeni Wakenya. The focal point of the meeting was the critical issue of Access to Justice and the creation of legal awareness. Together, we delved into strategies and programs aimed at enhancing access to justice for all members of the Public.
The discussions were not only confined to the boardroom; the Officials also had the opportunity to pay homage to the Willie Kimani statue at the Secretariat grounds, which symbolized our collective dedication to justice.
This partnership signifies a crucial step towards our shared goal of making justice more accessible and fostering legal awareness. We are excited about the positive impact we can create together and look forward to future collaborations that will make a difference in our community.
