PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE
The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) is Kenya’s Premier Bar Association, with a membership of all advocates, currently numbering over twenty-five thousand members. It has the mandate to advise and assist members of the legal profession, the government, and the larger public in all matters relating to the administration of justice in Kenya. The Society is established by an Act of Parliament – The Law Society of Kenya Act no.21 of 2014
The Society invites eligible, competent, and interested firms to submit prequalification applications for the following works;

The prequalification document, containing further details, may be accessed and downloaded from the Society’s website: www.lsk.or.ke.

Applicants are advised to forward their particulars to the Head of Procurement, LSK, via email address; [email protected] prior to the closing date, for record purposes and to facilitate receipt of any clarifications or addenda.

Duly completed prequalification documents shall be enclosed in a plain, sealed envelope, clearly marked with the prequalification name and reference number, and must bear the sender’s return address.

The sealed envelope shall be deposited at the LSK Reception Area/Procurement Office, located in South C, Off Red Cross Road, during working hours, to reach the Society on or before 21st October 2026 at 11:00 AM (EAT).
