Pursuant to Section 25(1) of the Law Society of Kenya Act, 2014 and Regulation 87(1) of the Law Society of Kenya (General) Regulations, 2020, the
Council nominates or appoints members to represent the Society on various constitutional, statutory and other public bodies.

The LINK below sets out the representatives currently nominated by the Law Society of Kenya, the respective bodies on which they serve, their
positions, the commencement and projected end of their tenure, and their eligibility for further appointment or election, In accordance with
Regulation 86 of the Law Society of Kenya (General) Regulations, 2020.
