Helene Namisi is an Advocate, practising as Namisi & Company Advocates in Nairobi, and was admitted to the Bar in 2004. Helene serves as Chair of the LSK Nairobi Branch. Prior to being the Chair, she served as Secretary from 2018 to 2020 and as Vice Chair from 2020 to 2022.
She was the first female Chair of the HIV & AIDS Tribunal, the only statutory body of its kind in the world. Prior to being the Chair, Helene was a member of the Tribunal from 2017 to 2019.
She is a qualified company secretary (CS), Mediator and Arbitrator. She is also a trainer in Trial Advocacy, a board member of the Justice Advocacy Africa and Trial Advocacy Training Institute, has taught company secretarial courses and was an adjunct lecturer at the Kenya School of Law from 2015 to 2018.
Helene has worked in various public and private institutions including the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission, the Commonwealth Youth Program (UK) and the Kenya School of Law. She has a keen interest in legal aid as well as legal clinics, and she offers pro bono legal services and training to several non-governmental and legal aid organisations in Kenya. In 2015, Helene was awarded the Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year by the Law Society of Kenya and Amnesty International.

Mr. Nyambati the current chair of the LSK South- West Branch was admitted to the Bar in 2005 currently with 15 years of experience in private practice and 3 years in the public service. He is a holder of BCOM degree from Mohanlal Sukhadia University of Udaipur in India, LLB degree from Mumbai University in India and a Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. Mr. Nyambati is married with a family and currently practices in Kisii and the entire Country. He practices in the firm of G.M Nyambati and Company Advocates in Kisii with three Associates and therefore serves as the Managing Partner. He handles both corporate and private briefs.
In 2022 Mr. Nyamabti received ichange nations Susan Maxine Gibson Regional Messenger of Hope Award for his outstanding support to humanity. He has been involved in several free legal aid to less fortunate in Society through Legal Resources Foundation and Personal Initiatives. Mr. Nyamabti has been a pupil master to many students in the career of law and therefore instrumental to the motivation of students and young advocates.
Mr. Mutuma did his pupillage at Ramesh Manek and later left to form Mutuma and Koskei Advocates and is in his 10th year of practice. He is engaged in the litigation and conveyancing departments, security recoveries and realization and debt collections for several Banks and lending institutions.
He has key experience in drafting of documents such as Charges, Mortgages, Transfers, Sale Agreements, Leases and Discharges, Partial Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement among others.
