 TENDER CLOSING/OPENING DATE: 11.00 AM ON 8^th DECEMBER, 2025

 

1. The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) intends to develop the Wakili Towers, a high-rise office block, along Gitanga Road, Lavington, Nairobi, to house its functions and offices for its members.
2. LSK now invites proposals for Provision of Consultancy Services for Construction of the office Block. More details on the Services are provided in Section 5 – Terms of Reference.
3. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is invited through Open Tender Procurement Method and is open to eligible consultancy firms.
4. This project was approved by the general membership during an Annual General Meeting held on 28^th March 2025 and subsequently, this was aligned with the Society’s approved workplan.
5. If a Consultant is a Joint Venture (JV), the full name of the JV shall be used with all members, starting with the name of the lead Where sub-consultants have been proposed, they shall be named. The maximum number of JV members shall be specified in the Data Sheet.

10. The Technical Proposal and Financial proposal are to be put in different envelops clearly marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” and sealed in one outer envelope.
